Every year during the slow wintertime months we throw a big buffet dinner for our membership. We call it our "Annual UFO Banquet/Roast". The highlight of the evening is our 'Roast & Toast' presentation where club members are 'roasted' and/or 'toasted' by their fellow members for memorable happenings during the past year. All members are encouraged to participate . But we do ask that you inform our master of ceremonies of your 'award' so they can adhere to our time schedule.

The club heavily subsidizes the cost of the evening, generally charging our members only a modest reservation/registration fee per family member (which is set by majority vote of our membership that attend our meetings held 2 times a month)

The club provides door prizes and entertainment and at times decor. We rely on the membership to make suggestions and volunteer to plan and run the banquet.

Because the best facilities book early we need to start planning for next years banquet soon. The membership has already elected to return to the Berwick Manor Party House again in 2009.

Family Picnics

Occasionally we will have a club picnic for members and their families usually during the late summer or early fall or whenever we can schedule it. Of course since this is a 'Car' club we usually insist that our FORDS be included in some way.

We need your ideas and participation.

We could sure use some fresh ideas and volunteers to make this event enjoyable for all. Please consider coming to the meetings and getting involved.
